LDPE ( Low Density Polyethylene)

Low density polyethylene (LDPE) is the abbreviation of the English words Low-density polyethylene. It is the first type of polyethylene. Low density polyethylene has high chemical resistance. For this reason, it is frequently preferred in the field of coating and protection. It has protective properties against heat and moisture. Low density polyethylene has more branching than high density polyethylene. Therefore, its intermolecular bond is weak. It has low tensile strength and high elasticity. It is resistant to breaking. It is not affected by chemicals.
As the wide usage areas of LDPE; corrosion resistant work surfaces, heavy duty bags, bag and napkin production, film production, barrels, toys, garbage bags. In addition, it is widely used in parts requiring flexibility, soft and bendable parts, food storage and laboratory containers, tray and container making, machinable parts, computer parts, electrical insulation and bottle making.
HDPE (High density polyethylene)

HDPE is a chemical product defined by a density greater than or equal to 0.941 g/cm. HDPE has a low degree of branching. Often linear molecules pack together well, so intermolecular forces are stronger than in highly branched polymers. HDPE has high tensile strength. It is used in products and packaging such as milk jugs, detergent bottles, butter containers, garbage cans and water pipes.
PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)

PVC consists of two main substances. Chiorine (from salt) and Ethylene (from crude oil). This compound, ethylene dichloride, is converted into Vinyl Chloride Monomer (VCM) gas at very high temperatures. Through a chemical reaction called polymerization, VCM turns into a chemically stable powder. This is called PVC. Areas of use of PVC include door and window profiles, vinyl facade cladding, pipe and installation materials, electrical cables, flooring and hobby materials. The material is widely preferred for pipelines in the water and wastewater industry because it is flexible and durable, as well as cheap. PVC, which is also used in the healthcare sector, is preferred because it is economical and long-lasting. PVC pieces can be reused like paper and glass waste.
PE (Polyethylene)

Polyethylene, obtained after polymerizing ethylene with different methods, has a transparent solid feature that does not deteriorate with its shiny and durable structure. A polyethylene polymer molecule is formed by connecting a pair of hydrogen atoms and an even number of carbon atoms united by a covalent bond. Polyethylene is one of the most used plastic products in homes. The properties of polyethylene materials vary depending on their type. However, its basic resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture is high. Polyethylene, with its superior chemical strength, is among the general commercial plastics and is seen in the products you frequently encounter in your daily life because its demand is high.
Polyethylene Usage Areas

Drawstring hoodies
Lamination Films
Insulation Pastes
Cosmetic Tubes
Floor Heating Pipes
PET(Polyethylene Terephtarate)

Polyethylene terephtarate (PET or PETE) is a member of the synthetic fiber, resin, and polyester polymer family. Polyethylene terephtarate is much stronger, harder and brighter than other thermoplastics. Thanks to its high durability, it is resistant to many solvents. It is used in the production of disposable water bottles, which we know as PET. Its chemical resistance is quite good. Polyethylene terephtarate, which is colorless and transparent, is impact resistant with its hard structure.
